TERMS OF USE

User Policy

Please read the Terms of use carefully before you proceed to download, install, use all or any part of URA (Application) or use the services provided by VIET NAM INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT & TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as Vietec) provides.

You accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement when performing the above actions. In case you do not agree with any of our terms of use (this and updated versions), please do not download, install, use the Application or remove the Application from your mobile device. This Agreement may be regularly updated by Vietec, the updated version will supersede the terms and conditions in the original agreement.

This announcement and all terms of use constitute the entire agreement between Vietec and users concerning the use of information on the URA.

1. App Ownership

This Application is developed and owned by Vietec.,Corp. All intellectual property rights related to the Application (including but not limited to source code, images, data, information, content contained in the Application; modifications, additions and updates of the Application) and related documents (if any) will be owned exclusively by Vietec and no individual or organization may copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise infringe on rights of the owner without Vietec's written consent and permission.

2. Account

To use URA, you need to be granted an account through the school from us, you commit that the use of the account must comply with the regulations of the school and of Vietec, and all information you provided to us was true, accurate, complete at the time requested. Vietec is under no obligation to take any action to verify any information provided by the user.

Vietec has the right to access the information the User has provided to confirm the identity and create an account for the User to fulfill requests for using URA.

3. Right to use

You have the right to use URA and other services we provide on the URA platform, but such use will not include the following acts without Vietec's written consent

- Copy, modify, reproduce, create new work or derivative versions on the basis of this Application;

- Sell, transfer, sublicense, disclose or otherwise transfer or give part or all of the Application to any third party;

- Use the Application to provide services to any third party (organization, individual);

- Move, remove, change any legitimate notices or markings of the Application (including but not limited to copyright statements);

- Use the Application to perform any act that harms Vietec's network security, including but not limited to data use or unauthorized access to system servers or accounts; access the network to delete, edit and add information; distribute malicious programs, viruses or take any other action to harm or destroy the network system;

- Log in and use the Application using a compatible third-party software or system not developed, licensed or approved by Vietec.

- Use, sell, lend, copy, modify, connect to, translate, publish, publish information related to the Application, build a mirror website to publish this information or to distribute develop derivatives, work or services;

- Use the Application to post, transfer, transmit or store information that violates the law, violates the nation's fine customs and traditions;

- Use the Application to use, post, transmit, transmit or store any content that infringes the intellectual property rights, trade secrets or legal rights of third parties;

- Use the Application or other services provided by Vietec in any illegal manner, for any illegal purpose;

- Other forms of violation.

4. Handling scope

In case you violate any of the provisions of this Agreement, Vietec has the right to immediately lock your account and/or delete all infringing information and content, and depending on the nature, you will be responsible before the competent authorities, Vietec and third parties for any damage caused by or resulting from your breach.

5. Fees and charges

To maintain and develop the system, in some cases, Vietec will collect user fees, the fee will be based on Vietec's regulations on each option according to users' needs and consensus.

This Agreement is executed in both the English and Vietnamese languages. In the event of any conflict between the Vietnamese version of this document and any translated version thereof, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Purpose of collecting personal information

To register to use URA software, VIET NAM INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT & TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION (Vietec.,Corp) may ask customers to provide personal information (school name, address, number of children, school website/facebook, contact name, email, phone,…). All information must be accurate and legal. Vietec is not responsible for the law of information provided by users/customers.

We may also collect information about the number of view, including the number of pages you view, the number of links (links) you have clicked and information related to the connection to the website/services/products which are provided by Vietec. We also collect information that your web browser (browser) uses when accessing URA / services / software products owned by Vietec (through the URA platform) including: IP address, browser type, language, time and addresses accessed by the browser.

2. Personal information Using

Vietec collects and uses customers' personal information for the appropriate purpose and fully complies with the content of this "privacy policy". When necessary, we can use this information to contact customers directly, in the form of: email, notice, letter for thanks, notification of updates…

3. Personal information Share

Except for the cases of personal information use as stated in this policy, we are committed not to disclose any personal information of customers/users to the outside. We may disclose or provide personal information of Ura users in the cases which it is absolutely necessary: (a) when required by law enforcement agencies; (b) when we believe it will help us to protect our legitimate interests before the law; (c) emergency and necessary situations to protect the personal safety of other members. Or due to other force majeure arising problems

4. Retrieve personal information

At any time, customers can access and edit their personal information according to the appropriate links provided by Vietec.

5. Privacy of personal information

Vietec is committed to protecting customers' personal information by any means possible. We will use a variety of information security technologies to protect the information from unintended retrieval, use or disclosure.

Our URA application needs a face photo of pupils to serve attendance with the School and Parents. All images are stored on Vietec system and we are committed not to share these photos with any third parties.

Vietec recommends that customers keep information related to your password at the HIGHEST possible level and should not share it with anyone else. If using a shared computer with many people, customers should log out, or exit all open website windows. ANY RELATIONSHIP OF ACCOUNTS FROM USERS WITHOUT FROM THE TECHNICAL SYSTEM OF DEVELOPERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OF VIECTEC.

Vietec regularly uses its processes and systems to comply with regulations related to the company's operations in accordance with the Law on Child Protection of Vietnam 102/2016 / QH13 promulgated by the National Assembly of Vietnam on 04/05/2016, Law on Information and Communication Technology 67/2006 / QH11 promulgated on June 29, 2006 and Law on Cybersecurity 24/2018 / QH14 promulgated on June 12, 2018.

6. Policy changes

The content of this "Privacy Policy" may change to suit the provisions of Vietnamese law, the needs of Vietec as well as the needs and feedback from customers if any.

This content is executed in both the English and Vietnamese languages. In the event of any conflict between the Vietnamese version of this document and any translated version thereof, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
